Dear Team visionary

Dear Team visionary

Congratulation to you all and all praise go to almighty Allah. We have successfully attended our 1^st General Meeting at Botanical Garden, Mirpur, Dhaka on January 21, 2011 directed by co-conveners Mr. Asharaful Islam and Mr. M Ishak. M Ishak inaugurates the meeting. Gist of the meeting has mentioned below.

11 Members out of 13 have attended the meeting, those are:

     10. Mr. Shoriful Islam Razu, and

     11. Mr. Ashraful Islam

Some other guest including members’ spouse and child also have been entertained in the meeting.

Discussion Session

Discussion session was designed with the points:

a.   Report of the year 2010

b.   Membership form

c.   Constitution and Organogram

d.   Executive Body Selection

e.   Increasing Amount

f.   New Member

g.   CSR/ Zakat

Decisions

All of the members contribute this session and through this discussion TeamVision has taken some decision.

1. Mr. Ashraful Islam presented the report 2010 and had brought a preliminary designed membership form. He discussed about it to all. With a little correction membership form was been passed.

2. A constitution & Organogram reviewing committee is formed headed by Mr. Saiful Islam. Other Members of the committee are Mr. M Ishak and Mr. Mobarak Hossain. The committee will submit a complete constitution along with organogram very soon on the basis of submitted preliminary constitution.

3. Among the submitted constitution, the members agree upon the Executive Body with a sort of correction. The meeting takes decision of 9 member’s Executive body which will contain-

b. Secretary

c. Finance Secretary

d. Asstt. Finance Secretary

e. Office and Press Secretary

f. Asstt. Office and Press Secretary

g. 3 Members

4. To select this body the members participated a poll, through this two phases of poll TeamVision gets its ever first and new executive body for the term 2011 & 2012. The 1^st poll gives a vital decision for to major important post-

           a. Mr. Saiful Islam, President

           b. Mr. M Ishak, Secretary

And the 2^nd poll gives 4 new members of the executive body those will be entitled their duties later.

e.   Mr. Ashraful Islam

2 more members will be selected in the 1^st meeting of the executive body and Mr. Ashraful Islam will carry his duty as Finance Secretary.

5. The meeting decides to not to increase the amount of monthly installment, but we will increase our member, those must be spouse of the members. Except that we will take 2X2= 4 more general members. So the members will be 15 X spouse = 30 persons.

6. The member decides to spend 1% of annual profit as Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR).
